Hi, I'm Scott
For over 15 years I’ve been helping people face challenges in their work, finding happiness and satisfaction in new careers, finding opportunities for career progression, developing their leadership skills, or making a greater impact in their organisation.
I’ve coached a diverse range of clients who work in sectors including professional services, finance, property, publishing, legal services, higher education, local government and the charity sector.
Working with coaching clients is immensely rewarding. I get to meet immensely talented people and help them make positive and long lasting change in their lives.
I hold the following coaching qualifications:
- Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching (ILM)
- Level 5 Certificate in Coaching (Centre for Coaching, British Psychological Society)
- Certificate in Systemic Team Coaching (Academy of Executive Coaching)
- Certificate in Supervision (Bath Centre for Supervision Training & Development)
I am a member of the Association for Coaching (AfC), and the Association of Coaching Supervisors (AOCS). I also hold an MA in Human Resource Management, through which I've gained a deep understanding of learning and development.
I'm based in Manchester, UK, however work with clients across the UK and from around the world, including Europe, USA, Canada, and the Middle East.
