I’m Scott Foley, a career and executive coach, and for over 15 years I’ve helped people who want more from their work to find happiness and satisfaction in new careers, gain opportunities for career progression, or make a greater impact in their organisation.

I work with high achieving professionals who want a positive change, but something is stopping them.

About Scott Foley Career Coaching

Scott has over 15 years of experience assisting people in various professional sectors with challenges including career transitions, leadership development, and enhancing their organisational impact. he also supports fellow coaches in enhancing their work with clients and developing their coaching practice.


He's worked with clients from diverse fields such as professional services, finance, education, consultancy and local government. Scott is equipped with multiple coaching qualifications, including Level 7 and Level 5 certificates, and is a member of the Association for Coaching and the Association of Coaching Supervisors.


Scott also holds an MA in Human Resource Management. Although based in Manchester, UK, he serves clients both locally and internationally, spanning from Europe to the Middle East.
